Wheel repair is a trade where the proof is visual. These are real customer wheels photographed before and after, not stock images — drag the slider on the homepage to compare them full size.
The work
Every wheel below came in damaged and left repaired by hand in Costa Mesa. Nothing here is a render, a stock photo or a wheel we bought to demonstrate on.

AfterWhat "after" should look like
Judge any repair — ours or anyone's — from about two metres in daylight, which is how people actually see your car:
- Sight along the lip. The repaired section should follow the same curve as the rest of the rim, with no flat spot or dip.
- Move the car from shade into sun. A close-but-wrong colour match reveals itself the moment the light changes.
- Look for a hard edge. A blended repair has no visible boundary.
- Check the texture. On a machined face, the fine circular lines must continue across the repair.
More on the method: how scratched alloy wheels are actually restored.
Common questions
Are these real customer wheels?
Yes. Every before-and-after on this page is a wheel that came through the Costa Mesa shop. None are stock photography or demonstration wheels.
Will my repair be invisible?
On cosmetic damage, that is the standard we work to — at normal viewing distance a correct repair should not be findable. Matching one wheel to three originals on a machined or two-tone finish is the hardest version of that, and it is the part we take most seriously.
